D-SPACE PATTAYA takes its inspiration from modern architecture. lt stands out with its design under the concept of NEW MODERN MINIMAL ICONIC DESIGN.

lt is designed using modern shapes with emphasis on maximum space utilization, connecting green areas outside to the interior of the hause. Another feature is a hall over six meters tall that opens up to a beautiful view of the garden perfectly from any spot. We consider wind direction and ventilation in the hause with importance given to privacy. In addition, the project’s location makes it con­venient for communication and taking trips in response to the needs of different modern lifestyles with only 16 privileged units.
